Affordable
Recommendations are based on what makes sense for your budget and your device.
Gadget Service Guy was built around a simple idea: computer repair should be straightforward, affordable and easy to understand.
Whether you're dealing with a slow computer, hardware problems, malware, upgrade questions or general tech frustrations, the goal is to help you understand the problem and choose the solution that makes the most sense.
A lot of technology problems are made more expensive than they need to be. Sometimes the right answer is a simple repair, a small upgrade or a software cleanup instead of replacing the entire device.
I focus on finding the actual cause of the problem before recommending a solution. If a repair is worth doing, I'll explain why. If replacing the device would be the smarter choice, I'll tell you that too.
The goal is to give you enough information to make a confident decision instead of pushing you toward the most expensive option.
